STRAIGHTENED OUT THE PROBLEM!!! This evening when I tried to reset my alarm password I unknowingly set it for the panic code. I instantly got a call from Karen Collins checking on me. I explained that I was trying to reset the code and she talked me via the Progression, not realizing I was changing it to the panic code. I then set my alarm and left house, yet again unknowingly setting off the panic code.
